Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your gear in its original Vessel box.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the tracking information is retained for your records during transit.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned gear for quality assurance; once verified, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
